Infiniticube build scalable deep learning models for customer support team
Every minute SWMC gets hundreds of support emails from their customers related to various issues. It’s very time consuming to manually check, segregate and take action on such a huge amount of support emails. Due to this the response to customers’ emails sometimes takes days, hence delay in customer response indicates poor customer service. They contacted us to automate this entire process, so their customer support executives can take care of complaints effectively.
When Appstrice Technologies (Kolkata) landed this project, they contacted us to outsource this complex machine learning problem. Previously Infiniticube has delivered a few other complex products for Appstrice’s customers. From our past engagement Appstirce had confidence in our tech team, hence they chose us as their partner to deliver the product for SWMC.
